Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity in connection with the platform

• Initiation of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email. During the investigation period, access to the account and any funds held within it may be restricted. Upon conclusion of the investigation, bdbajee 25 will communicate its decision and take appropriate action, which may include permanent closure and forfeiture of funds where fraud is confirmed.
